This Policy applies to website use, enquiries, prompts, uploads, instructions, campaigns and any use of Deliverables. It forms part of the Terms of Use and Service.

1. Core rule

You may use ICONMADE.AI only for lawful, authorised and responsible creative purposes. You are responsible for the content you provide, the rights you hold and the way Deliverables are deployed.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not request, upload, create, publish or use content that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative or designed to facilitate wrongdoing;
  • sexualises a child, depicts child sexual abuse, grooms or exploits a minor, or uses a minor’s likeness without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards;
  • creates or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit material involving a real identifiable person;
  • impersonates, clones or materially misrepresents a real person without clear authority, especially for fraud, endorsement, pornography, political persuasion or reputational harm;
  • uses a person’s face, body, voice, identity or personal data without the rights, notices, permissions and releases required for the intended use;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, database, contractual or other rights;
  • promotes hatred, unlawful discrimination, terrorism, violent extremism or targeted abuse;
  • deceptively presents synthetic media as authentic where that could materially mislead, defraud or harm;
  • contains false product, health, financial, political or other regulated claims without adequate evidence and required disclosures;
  • contains malware, scraping tools, credential theft, security attacks or attempts to bypass access controls;
  • violates sanctions, export controls, advertising codes, platform rules or applicable professional regulation; or
  • is otherwise reasonably likely to cause material harm to a person, the public, our systems or our reputation.

3. Likeness, voice and model releases

Before supplying or requesting content based on a real person, you must have documented authority covering creation, editing, AI processing, territory, duration, media, commercial use and any sensitive context. Public availability of an image or fame of the individual does not by itself grant permission. We may require evidence of identity, authority or a signed release and may decline the work.

4. Transparency and labelling

You must use appropriate disclosure, labelling or provenance information where required by law, an advertising code, contract or platform. You must not remove a required label or use an AI-created person to fabricate genuine customer testimony, professional credentials, news evidence or a real endorsement.

5. Enforcement

We may review a request for safety and rights compliance, ask for evidence, refuse or pause work, remove access, preserve records, terminate a contract or report conduct where legally required. We are not obliged to disclose confidential security or moderation methods. Fees and refunds following refusal or termination are handled under the Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to mandatory law.

6. Reporting concerns

Report suspected infringement, non-consensual synthetic media or other misuse to hello@iconmade.ai. Include the URL or project reference, a description of the concern, your relationship to the affected rights and supporting evidence. We may request identity verification before acting on a rights claim.
